The boutique, industrial hotel is nestled in Cedars District and is known for their rooftop infinity pool and location right in the heart of downtown Dallas. This was a re-roof with warranty from GAF on a .060mil TPO fully adhered system. 20-year NDL. 120-foot boom lift.
This historical hotel re-roof was completed in August of 2019 by IntegriBuilt Roofing. Mathews Southwest was owner. The six-story Canvas Hotel posed many challenges to our roofing crew.
To begin with, plumbing for the famous pool had to be disconnected. Work was done with guests still present on premise. Due to very confined spacing, roofing crew had to crawl to access the area needing roofing. Access for loading and unloading, as well as work hours were also limited.
