Metal Roofing
For protecting and increasing the value of your building, metal roofing is one of your longest lasting options and a roof type we have been working on for over thirty years. Whether you need a leak repaired or a brand-new roof, our experts can get the job done.

IntegriBuilt can install a metal roof on a new construction project or install a metal roof replacement for an existing roof (metal or other).

Additionally, when it comes to metal roofs we offer repairs, inspections, annual maintenance, and capital budget estimates.

Metal roofing advantages:

• Little to no maintenance requirements
• Long lasting and durable
• Available in different styles and colors
• Sustainable
• Lower insurance premiums

Two Types of metal roofs
Low slope metal roofs:
Generally used on roof pitches ranging for ¼:12 to 3:12, consists of interlocking panels that run vertically along the roof surface. This design assures proper draining of rain, effectively eliminating ponding and leaks associated with water build up on roofs. Low slope metal roof systems are among the lightest roofing products and the easiest to install.
Steep slope metal roofs:

Roofs with pitches of 3:12 or greater. Steep slopes accelerate the rate of water run off reducing the likelihood of buildup of debris and mildew, they are also less likely to experience degradation from solar rays.

AND, if you have an existing metal roof, IntegriBuilt can extend the life of most metal roofs with a periodic application of an elastomeric coating that prevents rusting and galvanization.

Types of Roofs

For protection and longevity, metal roofs are always a great option. IntegriBuilt also recommends periodic applications of elastomeric coating to prevent rust and galvanization to help extend its longevity.
A great option that is cost effective and relatively easy to maintain. Installation is torch-free and works well in the North Texas climate. The highly reflective white or tan options also qualify for energy star approval.
Thermoplastic roofing is ideal for most flat roofs. TPO sheets are heat-welded to one another to become one impenetrable unit. TPO is a very popular option in North Texas because it holds up well to high heat and direct sunlight.
This synthetic rubber is highly resistant to heat and water though it is not heat-welded. EPDM is a great option for flat roofs that have positive pitch so that water does not collect on its surface. Life expectancy is 25-35 years.
Thermoplastic PVC roofing is extremely strong, as its heat-welded seams form a permanent, watertight bond that is stronger than the membrane itself. PVC membranes are sometimes referred to as the Cadillac of single-ply membranes.
With a choice of cold- or hot-application and a range of performance levels, all of which provide exceptional waterproofing protection for your building, modified bitumen (MB) roofing solutions combine the advantages of advanced adhesives and membranes with the time-tested, reliable installation techniques of conventional built-up roofing to provide a fully integrated, long lasting- roofing system.
This type of roofing material features a fiberglass reinforcing mat at the center of the shingle, which is coated first with mineral fillers (that adhere to the fiberglass) and then with asphalt, which makes the shingle waterproof. The top surface of the shingle is then embedded with a layer of ceramic granules.
A tile roof is a significant investment, especially if you opt for clay tiles rather than concrete ones. However, clay tiles offer many great benefits including durability, longevity, energy-efficiency, great curb appeal, low maintenance, hurricane-grade wind mitigation fire safety, and more.
